Problem with the email newsletter

Hey I got a technical problem with the newsletter. I would like to add a suggestion for a caption for that little image thingy that they do each issue. However, when I click Submit, the page doesn't seem to load or refresh or anything.

I am wondering, did I actually get to send it (,I doubt that,)? Or is there some way to do it? I use Hotmail, by the way.

It's a known problem that the submit button never works with the emailed newsletters, just wait till they put the newsletter in the archives of the main site then try again.
