Thats right to be Witch Elves let me introduce the famed, Hag Queen:

I am aboslutely sure thats the Hag Queen. Let me sum things up for you, she has to suffer months of THAT to get 1-3 days of beutty. However she still knows how to fight, she hasn't forgotten that.

Crone Hellebron is the Hag Queen: Crone Hellebron information (http://uk.games-workshop.com/darkelves/special-characters/3/). Note how it says "CRONE HELLEBRON, THE HAG QUEEN" at the top.

[EDIT] Morathi's title is "Hag Sorceress". Though she is also Hag Queen (the first in fact) there's more than just one (or two) Hag Queens. But considering that Hellebron currently runs the Temple of Khaine she is the Hag Queen.
