This guide is mainly aimed at people who just recently hit rank 40 and are not top geared yet, this guide might help to get full potential out of the class while having semi gear and low renown rank.

For what kind of players I wrote this guide:
Ever wanted to support your group with all you've got while making your foes butter?
If you can stand looking at scenario stats and seeing that you did almost nothing... while your team somehow happened to totally annihilate the enemies, here's what you got to try out...

Spec (on lower RR just remove points from the Glory tree)
http://www.wardb.com/career.aspx?id=10#7:128:7:128:11:544:29:8054:8057: 8049:503::::8068:8069:610:613

Auras to twist (if you dont know to twist click here (http://war.curse.com/downloads/war-addons/details/twister.aspx) to get an addon)
Gather Your Resolve! (http://www.wardb.com/spell.aspx?id=8008) - Sorcs are OP, get in there and lower their resistances = your BW's gonna be as happy as it was Christmass already
Now's Our Chance! (http://www.wardb.com/spell.aspx?id=8036) - only 25% as they say... it's AoE and you don't need to cast it, most underrated aura ever, it's great if you dont care how you look in scenario state but all you want is to boost your allies.
Press The Attack! (http://www.wardb.com/spell.aspx?id=8004) - 10% crit more makes a difference if its AoE and you dont even need to cast it

Gear
Sword n Board (obligatory to trigger the +10% crit tactic and from what I've heard you can block 'Guard' damage so you don't even need to be attacked yourself)

Stats
All you can, load in toughness (for RvR it's totally superior to armor stacking)
Initiative should come from sets.
Wounds should hit the cap with sets (if not push it till 1050)

(about strength don't stack it at all, go in there twist the auras, snare, piss them off and there always be someone to attack you and trigger your tactic)

RR points in
Toughness / block rate / some initiative

Playstyle highlights
Guard (http://www.wardb.com/spell.aspx?id=1363) - change it if you see somebody important getting nuked, dont treat it as 'hit once per 15 min' button
Challenge (http://www.wardb.com/spell.aspx?id=1368) - your most vicious utility, use it any time you get it out of cooldown, just debuff everything you see

Have they fixed Dirty Tricks yet? Las time I heard anything about it it added 10% crit to your existing crit (ie. 40% crit would make dirty tricks proc for 4%).

If you really want to stack up on crits, grab a SW with their crit tactic, it's a lot better than dirty tricks.

Furthermore, your spec doesn't pick Now's Our Chance making it rather hard to twist. And if you twist Now's Our Chance, focused mending would be rather pointless. I would suggest, exchanging Dirty Tricks with Slice Through and either skip focused mending, and get Now's Our Chance OR get focused mending and twist Stay Focused instead. Also Although it always feels tempting to try, there's no knight build that really warrants not geting heavens fury...

Dirty Tricks works, you even get an icon nowadays when it triggers.
Thanks about heads up on focused mending, didn't mean to include it actually  (updated main post)

on Heavens Fury - nowadays you give them 30sec immunity, AoE when its not any tactical most of the time. No more happy days of spamming this, now you actually give opponents advantage since usually in first 30 seconds the tide of regular battle is decided, making them all immune is just retarded. It was a great skill in before though

Update for Heavens Fury - with recent changes to "stagger" = obligatory kotbs skill again
