god i wish this game will come out!! I keep going through phases. one minute i might not get it, next minute i am all set, character type decided, mastery all set, ready to rock. Now I am back to the I have no idea what i will do now. I basically want to be a character in all the races, except high elves lol.

When i played war it was easy to pick a type, now dark elves and empire has 2 warrior type healers. not really a question/thread about anything now, just hoping that if the devs see that Morimur wants the game released now they might do it lol.

Save me before the stress is too much!

If that is too general to be a proper thread, can someone tell me what the difference is between a warrior priest and a Disciple of Khaine? Disciple is winning my char type war, but unless i stop browsing war info i may be in trouble :)

DoK worship a real god, Warrior priests worship some lout who claimed to be all goodly and what not and somehow got some form of divinity outta the deal.

Other than that, umm DoK are on the winning side. Should be enough info to help you decide. :cool:

I think we're all really anticipating the release, especially after it was delayed, but keep in mind that by delaying they're releasing a much better final product. I know when many other games launch they're laggy, full of bugs and quite unbalanced. Hopefully Mythic will be able to correct may of these standard issues. It also means the world should be a lot more fleshed out as well. IIRC they may be going back to redo parts of the O&G's/Dwarfs areas, and I'm sure they'll make adjustments elsewhere as well.

I'd suggest to bide the time you find another game/hobby (like Table Top Warhammer!) to bide your time. I've been playing a lot of MLB 08 and Fallout 2 lately, as well as my usual painting/assembling. Also realize that the wait may not be technically as long as the release date, as it's only a matter of time before more beta spots are opened up. And speaking of opening up the open Beta (if there is one) will allow you to get a taste of things before the release as well.

I believe that the Disciple is bit more dps focussed while the Warrior Priest is a bit more defensive and focuses just a bit more on healing. IIRC the WP also is more of a buffer while the DoK is more of a debuffer, which suites their respective races quite well...
