WAR-Servers.com Launch + Banner Contest

Greetings fellow WAR fans!

Are you someone who loves RvR? I know I am. I also know I like to taunt and tease my opponents before and after a good, epic battle. Trash talking is always a great part of the PvP/RvR experience in my book.

That being said, I have founded http://www.war-servers.com for that very purpose. There will be a series of forums for each server so a solid amount of trash talking can occur (but the question is... can you back it up on the field of play?)

With the launch, I am also hosting a banner contest.

Submissions for the banner will be accepted starting Sept 15 2008. Those submissions will be accepted until Sept 30 2008. The winner of the contest will be the owner of a nice $75 gift certificate to http://www.newegg.com to help purchase a fancy new part to play Warhammer Online.

More contests will be coming so stay tuned and remember to prepare for WAAAAAAAAAGHH!

http://www.war-servers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=20 -- WAR-Servers.com will be hosting a monthly Screenshot and Video contest for the best of the best starting January 1 (this gives some time for people to cap out so the videos will be much, much more interesting).

Here is how our Server forums will be set-up: http://www.war-servers.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=68 -- Of course, we will be wanting "Community Leaders" for each server, and these people will in turn be able to ask for new forums for their server should the server wish for that to happen.

Our main program is thus:

Our Referral Program allows you to benefit getting your friends to sign up and be active. Gives people a chance to win free Warhammer Online game-time at the higher levels via Game Cards and such.

Bloggers and other Community Sites who are interested, if you have an RSS feed, I can set up our Newsbot to feed off your site so that your Warhammer Online-related content can be kicked out on our Community forum.

I love contests, even if they are stupid things like the monopoly thing at McDonalds. Hell, to me winning a free sandwich or drink just made the meal better... but maybe I am easy to please, hehe.

Edit: Let me add a couple of things to this post: I will be seeking a Comm Leader for each server at launch, so if you are interested, send me a PM. Also- it's not that hard of a job. Our moderation rules are very lax as a good war of words is always a good deal of fun. :)
