Anyone planning on celebrating this lovely little holiday?
We're into the W-E-M season now, so I'm just wondering how widespread the holiday is amongst the gaming community?
I think we'll organise some party down my end... all night deathmatch or something. Who knows?

Parts of our guild are getting together for some gaming, one group in Korea nad another in the US. While they are shooting each other and stuff, the UK chapter will be in the pub.
Winter-Een-Mas also means drunken teamspeak gaming. Just like most weekends I guess. :/

Last year I bought myself a few games for it; this year I'll probably do the same. Nothing spectacular, and if I have the time I may consider writing a thankyou letter to the companies that made my favorite games.

Well, first on the list was completing ultimate spiderman... only took 2 days :P
Next is getting around to finishing painkill... then getting to level 40 on Lineage 2... maybe digging out my mega drive, 32-x and mega cd for some old-skool soinc gaming too :P

Winter-Een-Mas is the gaming holiday made up by Ctrl-Alt-Delete, the gaming online comic.
January is the W-E-M season, with the last week the actual holiday; playing games, LAN parties, or anything like that is seen as a fitting celebration of Winter-Een-Mas.
