The best place to get Closed Beta Technical support

Hi All,

I can't get into the CB forums cos I am a new invitee.

Having some technical problems, prolly due to my noobness with all things technical.

I noticed that the kind folkes have put up a password protected Beta discussion forum. I am guessing this would be a good place to discuss CB related tech issues being that I can't get into the mythic CB forums.

Can anyone advise me how to discover if I qualify for a password to ask my query in those confines? I really don't want to post it here, as I am (I assume) under NDA I don't want to compromise my beta status or Mythic's "honor System" by breaking it.

I'm not sure what they're doing to hand out passwords for that forum.

hopefully its not so urgent that it can't wait for a later time this week. the nda is expected to lift any day now.

There will be no more people getting acess to the closed beta forum so you will just have to wait until the NDA drops(should be this week, maybe tommorow) for more information.

if you recently were invited to the cb(within the last 2 weeks or so) or didnt create a forum account back when you where first invited into the cb then your sol im sorry to say. Mythic does not plan to increase the server capacity for the forums to the 60k+ or so capacity theyd need for the recent invites theyve sent out so all of us cb ppl recently invited into the beta must use our beta logins that we signed up to the beta with to check if the server is up and running and any new pertinent information they decide to post on the page for us.

Since the NDA will be dropping soon, the CE CB people will not be getting beta forum access. honestly if you give it a day or two I'm guessing your problem will resolve itself and if it doesn't you will be free to ask plainly here.
