WAAAGH!!!

Welcome to the Mythic Account Center (https://accounts.eamythic.com/) here you will be able to enter your Open Beta and Head Start keys and eventually any other codes supported by our products.

This site is where you'll manage all of your accounts and subscription details so we encourage you to get familiar with it.

We have a neat feature that will allow those who play as a family or run multiple accounts to manage multiple subscriptions under one Master Account. For each active subscription you can have a Game Account and share the billing information for all of them with just a few simple clicks!

Those of you currently in closed beta will only need to enter your head start key at this time as you qualify for all future beta phases up until launch so long as your account is in good standing.

All Pre-Order key holders who have not yet been invited should now enter their keys here to create an account, this will ensure that your account is properly invited to Open Beta (and Preview Weekend if your a CE Customer or a lucky SE winner!)

At this time no billing information is required, just a few quick personal details so we know who you are.

And as an added bonus any current or former Dark Age of Camelot subscribers already have a Master Account. Simply use those login credentials, make sure your information is up to date, enter your code and you're done!


Things will be moving fast so we encourage everyone to enter their codes as soon as possible. Also remember that up to the first 50 thousand Special Edition Open-Beta codes to be registered will also be invited to the Preview Weekend - don't delay!

This should be very clear, since the retailers should have even made mention of the fact that you have to register the game with GOA, not Mythic. People who bought the European version of the game will NOT be able to make an account with Mythic. The email I got from Gamestop also had all the details and even showed which URL would eventually contain the news on where to make an account. I expect GOA may have done the same thing, unless retailers have refused to not giving anything but the keys with no explanation.

The CE faces and such come with the CE itself, once you enter the codes from the actual CE you'll be able to change whatever character's face to whatever you want. Hope that helps.

We'll have information on when Open Beta starts, Preview Weekend, how to download the game, and more coming next week.clearly states on the herald that downloads wont start until next week ;) i could be wrong but i imagine the client will be different. open beta is level and content restricted and the NDA will be coming up. i imagine it will be a lighter more polished version of whats being played on CB servers. i dunno just a thought, no need to bog down torrent speeds with data that cant be accessed in open beta, ie; content above level 20 etc.

Did anyone get a confirmation or congradulations in email saying you made first 50k.

guys, while I can't be absolutely positive, there is an extremely good chance that there are plenty of spots left still.

I will be really surprised if we got 50k accounts turned over that fast...like seriously :P

Winners and all Preview Weekend participants will be notified next week, so there won't be any information until then.

My codes are all prefaced with CE (i.e. CE Open Beta) but I definitely did not buy the collectors edition. I got mine at Best Buy back when the codes were included in the box. Paid $10 for it as I recall.

Anyway, I REALLY do not mean to be a killjoy, I am champing at the bit as much as anyone. (Well maybe not as much as anyone. Some of you guys appear to be in withdrawal before ever even having had the drug!) But I am cautioning myself about just sitting by the computer and waiting because it could be weeks before the preview weekend or open beta. I beta tested Warcraft and I seem to recall that open beta only lasted about a week.

I guess the message to myself is, I need to upgrade my addiction and have it include some fresh air and social life while I am waiting for OB to actually start.

I am not getting password recovery emails and calling at 1:45pm EST I get "Please call back during normal business hours".

Any idea on how to get support? No access to the beta forums, no phone support.

I'd be surprised if people that registered within even 3-5 hours after the site went up didn't get in to PW.

Afaik, the first 50k deal was only announced last night on Herald and after a cursory check on the major game sites like Gamespot, Gamespy etc. the 1st 50k story hasn't even reached them as of now.

So let's say 10 thousand people found out by themselves, browsing the Herald at the right time + tell a friend. Another 5 thousand from WHA and VN, another 10,000 from other fansites, guildies and the like. That's still only 25k, half of whom are CE peops that wasn't in the 'race', Euro friends, fans who hadn't pre-ordered yet at all etc. Should leave plenty of spots.

All numbers out of my behind of course :P

I have the SE preorder from Bestbuy and I entered the open beat key in and it accepted it just fine. When I try to use my item key and headstart, it always comes up invalid. Upon further review of it the first set is 6 digits then all the others are 5 digits.. aren't they all supposed to be 5s?? who do I contact for help?

I got the CE from BestBuy, but it doesn't do me much good unless they send me the %^&*(*^&% codes. Which seem to be later on average then just about every other gaming retailer that Mythic is working with, I swear I have heard every other retailer has sent them already, (for the CE anyway) I'm going bonkers waiting for them. :mad:
If they make me lose Preview Weekend or Head-start...(I can't say it on these forums)
