They are capped at what is referred to as "medium low". It still looks great though, you can mess with a few graphics settings and such. Graphics DO look better then that in-game even right now. (No offense meant to the photographer of the screen, everything looks better in-game :))

I have the sudden urge to play a marauder... Great screen shot, gives a nice look at the UI to. I have to say, this NDA lift has only doubled my desire to play this game.
