So I found a way to get up into a cliff behind the beginning of the Dark Elf starting zone. Getting on top of this cliff lets you jump down into a crevice. If you wiggle around and jump enough you can fall down through the world into a small tiny bit of water. If you position yourself correctly, you can use this water path to swim all around under The Blighted Isle. I reported the bug so it should be fixed by now, but don't fret!

Off the west coast of The Blighted Isle is an island in the distance. I made it to this island and it's part of what is called "Zone 211". It's not especially interesting. There's a sunken ship and a few islands, some rocks, and a tree or two.
