Ironbreaker interests me and it will likely be the one dwarf class I try.

Hammerer at birth, Slayer at death.

I've heard a lot about these jobs. And a lot of talk about slayers being "Advanced" jobs. But I seem to recall that Mythic said that everyone started out as like a "Basic" warrior or acolyte and then worked their way from there. If this was scrapped I must have missed it.
But from my understanding you'd start out as a Dwarf warrior/beardling and then advance to these jobs. If this is the case, than it'd make slayers easier to put in.

I know I will have a Slayer, an ENGINEER(!!!), and a Hammerer, but the way the current trend is going I will have a Runepriest as well. Aw hell, and an Ironbreaker! Why not?

Meh, I'm probably only going with one class. Slayer all the way if it's in. If not most likely Hammerers. Unless the Ironbreaker armor looks very awesome.
What ever it takes to be a slayer.

So how many of you will be responsible players and roll a female dwarf.. for.. you know.. sake of continuing the line and having a motherly presense on the battlefield? ;)
If I play Order I can see myself as a dwarf. Yes.
Being unoriginal - hammerer > slayer. I like it when they dish out damage. And that's one class that can!

Dwarfs are squat and short. But they are twice as broad as a man, and it is pure mucsel.
Obviously, there ARE fat dwarfs... but most dwrafen weight is raw physical power ;)
Yes, we are proud of our hair.
Ugly is a matter of opinion, lady boy.
Smelly? Only a ponsy elfling cares about "being too smelly" :p
Axes, ale, and bloody carnage.
Dwarfs are born to battle.
Elfs are born to weep and bleed.

Yes, my one ab is bigger than all six of yours!!! :p
Snorri

In order to have bulging muscles, you need fat to work on.
You elflings have neither.
Hence your dishustingly frail forms.
If you toned all that dwarfen fat, it would be a heap of physical strength, a mountain of pure power. And that is exactly what dwarfs do, elfling.

Right. Dwarves have two layers to them. An inner layer of muscle to swing our weapons. An outer layer of fat to blunt yours.
Maybe some unimportant stuff like organs underneath, but most of its just empty space for beer.
GreyWarlord

Indeed! That's no beer belly, it's a liquid grain storage facility!

Right now I'm leaning strongly towards playing a Chaos character, but the classes have not even been shown yet, so that can still change. The Dwarf class I like best, and would play if I picked Dwarves is the Hammerer. I like the concept of building more and more momentum as I kill more and more greenies.

Yes, if you want to be a tall, skinny, womanlike, wussy hairless Pointy-ear Fairie.

After playing a straight Healer/Buffer in WoW, which had no ability to do anything other than err... heal or buff, I decided I would take the most mind-numbingly straightforward damage class I could find, attach myself to it, and never ever let go. With this in mind, I almost weeped with joy at the description of the Hammerer, who will be my first Dwarf.

I think I will go engineer.. but if that class is reallly crowded, i might go another class like ironbreaker
would probably be an engineer, but if there's going to be to many of them, I'd rather opt for the runesmith...

We're always in need of dwarf females, always.
Now do consider playing one and I'll take to out for a some ale once we go ingame :P
I personally go for Ironbreaker, i have a thing with armour.

Oh I am at loss.
I wish to be a slayer of course.
But as the core classes go, I can no longer decide!
Hammerer is my playstyle.
But the recent Ironbreaker screenshots look so cool! :(
Oh its hard when all of your race's classes are so damn cool. ;)
