From the EU website, we have news about the Account centre:

New account pages will be available at www.war-europe.com tomorrow morning from 08.30. To gain Open Beta access, create a fresh account using these pages, log in with it and enter the code you have been given. This only applies to new testers; all previous testers have automatic Open Beta access,

A minor patch will be available before the servers are brought online early afternoon tomorrow. The suspense will soon be over; WAR is dawning and we all have a very exciting time ahead of us.

Note that this is 8:30 am in Ireland, GMT +1 due to summertime. For Central Europe, this is 9.30 am (GMT +2), still due to summertime.

To clarify on who needs a "fresh" account:

If you were in Closed Beta, you need no new account.
If you weren't, you do.

The website is definitely loading slower at the moment, but its still working. I got good hopes for when the AC arrives.

830GMT is 9.30GMT everywhere. GMT never changes, just a countries time relative to it. So Eire & UK are at BST = GMT+1 due to summer changes, which a clock in Greenwich still reads 8.30 we all see our clocks as showing 9.30.

People in Paris who are always 1 hour ahead of the UK (regardless of GMT or BST) are now, thanks to summer changes at GMT+2.

Iceland is a good read for GMT time changes as they dont do summer alterations. They remain at GMT ALL the time.

This is why I added "This is assuming that we are all on summer time". Unless I'm misinformed, all of the EU are under the same daylight saving program. By this follow that summer time additions can be disregarded without loss of information.

For certain though, we'll better ourselves and always include timezone when releasing news henceforth.

To set things clear Central Europe (Paris,Amsterdam) is one hour ahead of ireland.
So if u live in the radius of paris/Amsterdam etc you can start registering around 9.30.

Well I've been thinking and if the Open Beta starts 5 hours "sooner" than ours, it will end 5 hours before ours. So, we start to play during the afternoon, while they start to play during the morning. When it comes to an end, us euros will be able to play a little bit more than the US guys, because they can be sleeping when it ends.

Yep, we all have that "problem" and will continue to have it for another hour or so. The 8:30 AM they speak of is Dublin time, where it is now 7:27.

I got into the 3rd stage of registration before being hit by an image not loading and I couldn't get further. I do think this is when they took the registration server back down though.

We shouldn't be expecting to get in before the stated time anyway so, start asking in 30-40 minutes.

I have already used 2 on the war-europe site since the first one I can't access and the retrival procedure didn't work and I got zero help from GoA when I reported it, so I created a new account.

Ireland is labeled GMT+1 because we're in British summertime where the clocks are forward 1 hour. This makes the normal GMT+1 zones (France and central Europe) GMT+2.
