"Yer Boss, I'll tell 'em Boss. In me best manspeak... -page 3, Orcs & Goblins Armybook.

This is rather interesting as i have always thought that the orcs and goblins spoke the common tongue, shared by man.
Perhaps this is the case and the greenskins talk so much gibberish between themselves that it would be imposible to understand for humans, in which case the "I'll tell 'em in me best man speak" means I'll tell 'em slow so they can understand. Or it could mean that the greenskins have their own language and therefore explains the reason for their thick accents when speaking the common tongue.

Does anyone actually know?

Orcs talk in a deformed version of reiskpiel, this is translated for us people who talk in english in a very thick form of cockney accent with added z's and some other words. I actually have a rough guide on the subject on Da Boyz forum, but since the website is down I can't link it.

Cockney accent? It kinda depends. The orcs (orks) in DoW actually have kind of an Australian thing going on at times.

A snipet from my guide since I can't post a link to it due to the forums being protected..
This isn't anything official but its pretty much how most orc role players talk, so I made a guide for newbies in my guild to do so too.

Da Greenskin language:

Without knowing the language of the greenskins you’re not fit to be a tuf orc or gobbo (Goblins will be called gobbos in this whole guide as in the greenskin world goblins are called gobbos). Below are the main points to the whole language:

• Greenskin Language is pretty much a very thick cockney accent.
• This means a lot of words are cut short and apostrophe’s are used quite a lot.
• The Greenskins tend to change certain letters (Not all the time) like turning S into Z, C into K, O into U and Th into F (Like fings) and words like for and my become Fa and Ma (Although orc remains orc it doesn’t change to ork as that is the Warhammer 40k counterpart).
• We call the other races with simple names; dwarfs are called Stunties (Which means favorite enemy), oomies an’ Elviez for humans and elves usually work aswell.
• Orcs and goblins like to begin words with Oi to get attention and a general hello.
• If a person is bigger and stronger then you (More on this later) you call him Boss if on the other hand the person is shorter and weaker then you call him Grot.
• A primary word in orc language is Waaagh! The word Waaagh stands for 4 different things primarily.
1. Greenskin Magic: Waaagh! Magic
2. The main greenskin battle cry usually has more exclamation marks and letter A depending on the pitch of the sound. A big roar would come out as: WAAAAAAAAGH!!!!
3. A greenskin war band which assembled for one common goal, a Waaagh! These tend to not to last due to Animosity (More on this below).
4. Also Waaagh is the language of the less intelligent Savage orcs who use Waaagh as an entire language; different toned Waaaghess have different meanings.

An example of the Greenskin language in practice:

A simple example: Oi yuz grot ga fetch ma choppa, we’ze goin’ Stuntie huntin’! This translates to: Oi you grot (small guy) go fetch me my choppa (orcish general weapon) we are going Dwarf hunting.

The language is quite bendable due to the fact there is no official set of orc cockney talk, as there are no Orc scholars so everyone just mashes it up while keeping the points above pretty much the same or close, this is mostly due to the orcs and goblins' vocal cordz which are barbaric and brutish and yet to evolve properly.

Since orcs aren’t exactly the smartest of talkers if you don’t know how to answer back a good ol’ Waaagh! and grunt should be enough.

Cockney accent? It kinda depends. The orcs (orks) in DoW actually have kind of an Australian thing going on at times.

Well, being that Australia was a prison colony for criminals and people that the ruling British class didn't want around, and being that people in poor areas generally turn to crime a bit more readily, and being that the cockney accent was generally that of the poor working class, one could assume that the Australian accent is a mutation of a lower-class British, or cockney accent.

Personally, I've always heard a bit of cockney in Aussie accents.

Or just play with that.

On a side note, this translator is rather innacurate.
