Trainer Npc (yes theres already threads)

I swear I've run around way too long and it's making me mad. Is anyone willing to tell me a pinpoint location where I can find a talisman trainer? *for destruction*

I think at least in the DE area, the Talisman trainers are called "Hedge Wizards". Not sure if this is flavor or a bug.

Oh, really? Heh, I've been looking for a Talisman trainer in the Chaos area. I've seen an NPC described as a "Hedge Wizard", but discounted him without speaking to him. I just assumed the NPC would be called a "Talisman Trainer" or something obvious, like the Scavenging trainer is called a Scavenger.

Hedge Wizard is the name for all of Order and the Chaos Char I have made, they seem to all be in the Chapter 2 Location.
