From the Customer Service category we have: Immediate Maintenance - Multiple Servers
Greetings!
Ekrund will be coming down at 1:35AM EDT in order to apply a new update to both Ekrund and Crag Mere in order to help test the most recent fix for stability and social issues players are experiencing in game. Please stay tuned to this thread for more information. Thank you!
Please Note: Due to earlier technical difficulties and in order for this update to be effective on Crag Mere we have rolled back Guild Data to earlier today. Due to the limited up time of Crag Mere this evening we expect minimal loss for guilds, however, we do apologize for this inconvenience.
Thank you!

Man, Mythic has been working all day on this. Sure, its inconvenient for us now, but the updates just keep rolling on long into the night. I'd rather have this whole day of patching now so close to launch than I would during live.

My character is located in Ekrund. Everytime I hit play in the patch client (warpatch.bin *32) the WAR.exe*32 program starts for like 4 seconds then closes down. A window never opens, I just see WAR.exe *32 listed in the task manager for 4 seconds then goes away. Ran the perform full file check on the patch client and still no improvement. Is this what happens when a server is taken offline?
Running:
Vista 64 bit on a brand new computer (3.16 Ghz core duo, 4 Gigs Ram, 4870's in crossfire)

Try restarting your computer real quick just to get that trouble shooting out of the way :)

I just restarted. The client started up fine and loaded up my character from the wur***(forget the name, starts with a W :)) server. I logged out and quit the client. Then tried to restart the client and the same thing is happening from my previous post (can't log in).
Thanks for the help James. I'm hittin the sack, but if this issue I'm having magically goes away via a patch when I log in again tomorrow night I'll name my first born son after you! ;)

Try deleting your WAR.exe file and then re-run the patcher.
Besides that I'm unable to provide much support, thanks :)

I've tried every type of troubleshooting known to us, sans reformating my pc,
and I have not been able to get past the loading screen on any server for
about 5 hours. Ran fine before the latest patch!
Every crash is not a CTD, it hoses my system and I have to do a hard reboot.
I just hope I don't fry my MB, lol...

Any progress on the "your Account is logged in" bug ?
have not been able to access any server for almost 24 hours now:(

In this statement, the "minimal loss for guilds" means what? I logged in today to find that none of my characters are in a guild now. Was this to be expected or an unfortunate side effect to the other changes? The guild was created in the PW+ so was well before any supposed rollback periods fro Crag Mere.
Thank you!

Tried deleting and rerunning the patcher. Still doesn't want to start up. I guess I'll try the customer service page. :(
