Wish they would post about the issue people are having trying to log their accounts in and getting authentication failures. Seems to be happening only on the accounts people used for CB and OB. People with secondary accounts are able to log in fine. Something funny is definitely going on.

Get one on eBay for around $50-$75. Just keep refreshing though because sellers put them up with a "Buy It Now" price which gets bought minutes after posting the auction!

This is likely due to Mythic shifting servers around and depending on your location in the world you might not have access to their account server and patch servers as of yet. I expect they will be back on line soon and the issue will be resolved. Not to worry.

My main account says CE head start but I can't log in using the same account I've been using since closed beta. I can however log in right now using a second account that only has the regular SE headstart listed. I am at the server select screen with this secondary account as we speak.

Yea I think I've figured out why it won't let me log in yet. I checked my reciept email from Best Buy, it says CE Editon, then the email they sent me my codes says CE Edition, entered the code, just says Headstart and not CE Headstart :(. What a crock

I am really disappointed too because I finally got on the beta yesterday after having some problems downloading it, and just ended up subscribing to fileplanet (for $6.99).

Mythic didn't drop the ball on anything. Your failure to receive the headstart is from the vendor from which you received your game. If they sold more then they really had that is not the fault of mythic. There is one code per CE sold, if you were "sold" one and in fact there weren't enough, then that is not something mythic is to be blamed for, unless you purchased directly from the front door of Mythic, in Farifax, VA.

If i am mistaken on the situation, then i do apologize.

Yeah same here....I knew they changed times but not for something this important...this has totally ruined my CE for me. I lost my names and my guild's server just went from 2 hr wait to almost 3 hrs as more people are coming in. I have been waiting for almost an hour already. This is just bad. You can't make this right.

If you are having Authentication issues check your passwords... mine was another common password that I use, but it is not the same one as my Master Account.

This is ing retarded. I've had 3 crashes, 1 ingame and 2 in queues, and they reset the queues each time...so I've been waiting basically since launch.
Mythic: you knew how many people had CE, so how did you fail so bad to get servers up?
Also fix the buggy client, I'm sick of random crashes when I'm not even ingame, or at least make it so you can resume queues if you get kicked out because sitting for 2 hrs when I should be playing with my guild is .

This analogy doesn't quite work. Nice try, though. It's more like American Airlines had enough planes to accommodate the amount of tickets they gave out for 1 specific destination, but customers were given the choice of which plane they all want to choose. The majority of customers, in their infinite wisdom, decide to all board on one plane. See how this may have some issues?

Except unlike American Airlines, Mythic has some tools to make this easier, even if everyone and their mother wants to roll on one server.

I haven't had a problem playing at all. If you are trying to get onto a server that clearly states it has a high pop then you will have to wait it out. Why not roll on a low-med pop server, there are plenty of them.

If you and your guild decided what server you wanted to play on before today then that is your fault, no one said you could reserve your spot/name on a certain server, cry more please.

I havent been complaining or anything, but I dont recall ever making a second account. I made my master account and it got me into the betas and preview weekends so I didn't think I would have trouble with Head start. If I need to make a "game account" how would I do so?
