The ring and the camp do not mean you have CE access. You should check your account status. I believe it says "Collectors Edition" somewhere in your "features" section (accounts.eamythic.com)

I was having the same problem the last 2 days. I was unable to get past the ToS. I have pre-ordered also though I havent recieve the box yet.

Anyone know if you need the box or if you can play off the beta client?

I prepurchased the CE, (not just preordered, paid it all upfront) from Game Stop and due to a failure on their part I not only didnt get a beta code, I dont get any of the head start perks, and I can't login until the game goes live.

My friend pre-ordered from GameStop and got everything. You should have confirmed you'll be getting the codes from not one, but at least three different employees on different days.

You can always sue them for mis-information or something like that. :twisted:

I did call once and got a "Yeah yeah, no problems everything is all set.. blah blah.. No we don't have any of the codes in yet.." (I prepurchased in May) I should have known better, but I work graveyard, and its difficult to stay on top of things like this.

Yeah, if you're hoping the time is inflated, I'm sorry to dash your hopes. Mine said 40 minutes to start and it's now been 30 and I still have 7 minutes to go. So it's pretty darn accurate.

I started at a 1hr20min queue and now I am up to nearly a 2hr wait.

The issue for me was not the accuracy of the reading, but rather the fact that my queue time is getting higher as opposed to lowering as it should. More than likely because the cap is raising on my server, and more players are now in queue with me.

EDIT: Down to 1hr35 minutes now from where it was nearly 2hrs, seems very sporadic.

Naming Policy is in effect now, certain names will not be useable, even though they were available during the Beta.

I cant guarantee that is your issue, but at least it gives you a place to start.

You do not need the box if you've already been in the game on PW or any beta.

Well, I'm not able to log in.

I checked my Account status, on both of my accounts. Under the "Features" tab, one of the items listed is "Head Start - Provides Access to the Head Start".

This is listed on both of the accounts I am caring for. When I attempt to login on the Mythic Patcher, I am turned away.

I was in the Open Beta with no problems these last few days. It is obvious that I have the Collector's Edition of the game, as Head Start Access is listed as one of my Features.

Any advice? Thanks.

The only thing I could say, is that someone might have created a character with those names, yet has not logged onto the server yet. Until your character actually logs on to a server for the first time, you will not be able to do things like add them to a friends list, or send them mail.

At least this was an issue I've had in past MMOs.

I actually just tried Zeta on other servers and I can create them on a few servers, but then when I try Nightsorrow all those few servers said it is used or invalid, I don't think it will be used that much but not sure what's wrong with that name.

Second order of business. I preordered the CE from gamestop, in store. Needless to say... if you preorder in store at gamestop you get screwed over. The CE headstart has already started I'm hearing from my guild that names have already been taken and now not only am I pissed at Gamestop but I'm completely worried that my name might be taken. Failed launch in my eyes.

Queue times are already over an hour. And the game is still crashing ... putting people in lines to play on servers running at 1/3 capacity. My client crashed after an hour wait, right after the opening speech. So, it's going to be 2+ hours before I get to start playing with my guild.

Just like Warcraft ... only this is just the CE Headstart, not millions of subscribers.

I have CE, the code was accepted on my account manager, and I enjoyed open and closed beta.

Now however, as of today, not only can I not log into the game, I cannot log into account manager, and it also says my master account name and email combination was not found in the system.

Anyone else having an issue like this? :(

In my email they got the codes backwards but you can activate all of them.

I still haven't been able to log in either because I guess it takes a while for the activation to go to the servers.

I paid for 2 headstarts over 4 months ago and still only have 1 so don't be too sad. My wife has to switch off with me playing. I guess my 200 bucks wasn't good enough for gamestop to provide me with the codes I paid for.

EB Games were ok you just needed to Tell them to go get Your Code box and then everything was Fine :)
