Dont worry. the people patching are using their Beta Accounts or CE accounts to patch. You will be Authed and able to patch at 7am onwards. Just be patient. Wait for 7am and try then.

Use the time to be prepared. Get drinks ready, breakfast, snacks and kiss your wife/girlfriend and tell them you'll see them tommorrow =)

The servers come up right in the middle of our prime time. That's a far compromise.

Sheeeet! When I enter in the code now it says this code has already been used!!?!?

I don't think there really is an answer unfortunately I think they screwed up and didn't send a lot of people their Head Start codes and now we get to pay for it >.<.

I keep getting Patch Failed Something about missing files, For me to reinstall and i did still same thing sucks... :(

Anyone having issues logging in? I keep getting Login Timeout when i try to connect to any server. Keep in mind, i was playing since 7AM so its not an account thing. Also, my network connection is fine since i am writing on this board.

Anyone else having minor difficulties? Time is 9:45EST

I'm still using the beta patcher and everything seemed to have patched fine just now, but when i click the play button nothing happens...

anyone else having this problem?

I was having a login issue because I had registered both keys from amazon during open beta (OB). The way to resolve it is you must login to your account and re-register the head start key.

The second tab will show your account status, if it only says "open beta" then you don't have the correct key registered (even if you've done this previously).

I hope this helps some people.

now everything is up and running right? i downloaded the patch and as soo as i hit play, i get "an error occurred Warhammer will now terminate" thats it no details

Is it that unless you actually bought the game, you can't play now and the Open Beta is ended??

but how do I know they addressed my concerns regarding the graphics and all the other things? they produce one big patch for Head Start..and then block the Beta peeples?

Alright, so I bought the CE right when it came out oh so long ago and EA gave me a SE head start key. O well, it happened to a lot of people. Now I'm not even getting that because of this stupid Authentication error. I've emailed the support and haven't heard from them since. This is prime example of getting shafted.
