RR40 to RR80

Sorry if it's been talked or easy to find, I couldn't find anything on it in the 30 mins I had. But what's to gain from RR40 to RR80, is it only better gear or you can increase your skills and things like that. Sorry I am a little confuse on that.

1) Renown Gear sets with increasingly high Renown requirements, leading to a (apparently) full set of Mythic-level (Legendary in WoW parlance,) gear at max Renown.

2) Renown Mastery points, which increase stats and provide access to Renown Tactics.

3) Every 5 Renown Ranks starting at RR60 yields an additional Career Mastery point. At RR80, you get (instead of another point) a buff that is the equivalent of an additional Carrer Mastery point in each tree (effectively making you Rank 41. It's unclear whether the RR80 buff will unlock abilities on the Career Mastery trees, which would allow for very powerful CM spec combinations otherwise unavailable.)

Is this correct? I thought RR80 was 33 points (counting the one-in-each-tree buff), but this projects out to 36 (or 35, if you get the +3 at RR80 but not an additional +1 for being a multiple of 5).

aye he ment 60 you only get and extra 5 point from the Renown ranks
