WarhammerSite - A new WAR Fansite

Hey all,

Been coming to Curse for a long time, they always have great sites that are very well done. I really liked Warhammer in beta and decided to create a site dedicated to it and all it's aspects www.WarhammerSite.com.

It's new and I was hoping I could find a few volunteers to help me out with the site. I have some funds that I have saved up to continue adding to it, I would like to do something unique and cool for all Warhammer Online fans. What exactly does your site offer that Warhammer Alliance or the other fansites don't?

Well, my goal is to bring some minds together to create something - I have a few idea's to add with a basic fansite package but I'd like to honestly pull a few people together and see what they think. That's why I'm here looking for a couple of volunteers that may be interested in doing something like that. These seem to be the biggest Warhammer forums right now so figured it would be the best place to check! :p

One thing I am considering is off-line trading with some auctioning software I have my eye on. Sort of a Bazaar where people can bid on in game items with gold when they're off-line and then meet up in game after to do the official trade. Any thoughts on that? I don't think anyone else is doing it right now (at least from what I've seen)

You should find a niche that needs to be filled and try to fill it. Another general information site with forums really isn't needed at the moment.

With that said, I'm a php/mysql developer and am always open to new ideas/opportunities. So, if you've got some ideas to fill a niche and need someone to help develop it, hit me up and we can discuss your ideas.

As far as an auctioning website, I think an in-game auction house pretty much kills that need, plus d2jsp is already established and would probably jump all over that opportunity if it presented itself (which it probably won't, again due to the in-game AH).
