Best guild on this server?

What is it? I want to join the best guild but I don't know what guild is the best? What guild is the best at pvp, also the best at pve? Are there any Roleplaying guilds?

My friend said that destruction has all newby guilds and order has all the elite pvpers is this true?

Anyone knows this UI?

Kinda wore out after today. lotta Orvr some good most not so good. started interesting enough in Pragg when order was outnumbered and we managed a flip , well after 15 minutes of appeals got a flip lol.

after than most destro seemed to log giving us free run to start flipping zoned. then CW hit and 115 destro appeared form thin air. now its mostly order who quit , sadly, as was a good day. and noone out to fight decently w/o getting gang .

as i hit 43 im looking ot see if my new setup holds better than my anni gear. so any chance getting some 1v1 going on? free reknown for most you destro

Thinking of coming back, need your help!

Hello everyone, i'm thinking of coming back to warhammer. I used to play from release until the patch that BG came and have a 40 sorc, tho i'm not gonna continue with her.

Anyways before i jump the gun and resub i need to know a few things in whats changed since then. How is the rvr nowadays? And more importantly has the ward system been changed or removed? How about citadel fights do they happen often and can you actually conquer them nowadays or is it still a massive lagfest? Have there been any changes in looting systems both RvR and PvE? Cause when i quit it was practicly impossible to get your ward set for city raids from RvR and i'm not really that much into PvE. So can you actually get loot from keeps & citadel raids easily enough so that you can take part in city raids?

Sorry if these questions have been already answered somewhere. Thanks in advance for the answers.

Cannot load Hunters Vale

Hi, For some reason my computer cannot load Hunter's Vale, whenever i enter it just stays on the loading screen forever and i have to get a GM to move my Choppa. Its getting very annoying as i would love to be involved some of the PvE aspects of the game other than PQs.

Does anyone have any idea why it would get stuck like that? I dont get any errors, it just never loads

Well, by now half of you either don't know me or remember me, and the other are just now remembering me and wondering where I've been.....or not. Anyway, I just wanted to post up a video here that I made all the way back in July this past year, just before the server transfers at the time. Forgive me for the icky quality, just couldn't get it to look good after it being uploaded, and I know, facebook instead of youtube. Also, just to comment on my status. I have been off warhammer since about mid August to early September due to money and time constraints, so for the record, I did not rage quit due to my crappy faction and class. Hey all, I need some advice as to whether this game is a bit more engaging than it was when I quit (right before LoTD). I play WE, SH, or Magus, and would like to think that the game would be quite fun with all the new content since I quit. Type of info I'm looking for: Did they add any new RVR/Scenarios? Is the new pvp Content actually fun, or just more grind? How outdated is LV gear? (I saw a post in the WE forums saying some of the daggers arn't horrible, but dont compare much to the upper tier ones). Also realize when I was active it was relentless Order pve farming our king, which appears to have changed according to the various posts.

Any input is much appreciated (including general opinions of the classes mentioned, though my personal favorite as of quitting was the SH); it decides whether I'm going to be spending 30$ on a WAR card or 30$ on a 1/2-8 or bottle.
Will also be looking for a guild if I do return.

We are the biggest and leading Polish RvR-Heavy guild on K-Norn, and we would like to invite all Polish destro players from Eltharion to join us in the fight on our great server.

We would be most glad to accept any merges as our goal is to create well playing and cooperative guild WB's (on good days we are usually able to assemble a full warband at this time)

Currently we have a few competent leaders so almost every evening is a satisfying rvr experience.

To be absolutelly clear, we do not intend to trample you under our rule, all joining guilds will have their GM advanced to a high officer rank (basically responsible for running the guild along with our GM) and all the officers will remain officers.

We also understand that some of you don't even want to hear about merging so we came up with an idea to create a single ventrilo server for all the polish guilds on karak norn if that is the case.

If your interested in one of theese options, contact anybody from our guild on norn and ask to speak with the GM or a high officer.

We hope to see You all on Norn soon !

Where do I start... Well For one I Feel ive Personally Proved to all those Lamers on /Advice Why WL is a Class everyone should Roll.
Now For the Reason, While The Various Warbands of Both Order and Destruction were fighting in Reikland, I Tried to Solo a BO with my Lion Tanking, Needless to say i got facerolled in the first atempt, Later onwards while Running around DB I encounter a Pair a Great Players.
Who Were:
Lvl 40 WH Kristine
Lvl 31 RP Gramdlin

After Successfully Capturing DB, We decided to Try our luck on the Next BO, Again Successful, Then the Next, With Simliar Results. So in effect a Team of Underdogs Retook Kadrin Valley!

Blood Bowl finally coming to Steam

For those of you like me who were waiting for the Blood Bowl game to be released on steam to get it. Well the time has finally come with the release of the Dark elf team included with the game & should be released Nov 26 IIRC. Right now I think there is a small 10% off if you pre order.

From what i've heard the turn based mode is a very good copy of the TT rules and playstyle.

scenario pug horror stories

i am seriously comtemplating that the pugs you find in scenario groups are actually order crossrealmers trying to let order win the scenario, because people CANT BE THIS STUPID.

why is it, that after 3 tiers, they still dont realize that hitting tanks is comepletely POINTLESS.
how can lvl 40 people still not know what the goals are in each scenario.
and are they completely blind? i even have a macro that shouts i have staggered people with quake so they know there are staggered people about, but no.
i have routinely seen people run into a staggered healer group, spam some weak aoe ability that serves only to unstagger them, and then they run of to hit something else.

i am seriously considering just not doing any scenarios unless im in a premade, that would suck cause the part i liked about this game is how i could log in for half an hour and just play a couple of scens then log out.

im sure there are other people with such stories of pug fails, or just want to call me a whiner, share here

I read this skill isn't very good at all. I read it is projected forwards from the SW and does its damage on this horizontal axis (if im standing at the oil and shoot it, it does NOTHING). Is this true? Is this skill useable letalone effective?

I am planning a SW build and I want to be doing aoe pressure damage from 65ft with a 1s EE and maybe FTW to finish off enemies, rest into skirmish for SS.

Also, if anyone could comment on the pros and cons of sfa vs lileaths, thatd be helpful.

Hi guys. Got some questionzzz.

Like 2 days ago my PC burned (literally) and i had to muve to my laptop.

2.8 dual core
128mb graphic card
2GB RAM
Vista

Im able to run game on Fastest Framerate but still lagging sometimes >_< (in T1 whith like no PPL on map)

Do you guys have any idea how to improve performance more?

I found some program called EndItAll wich stops all unnesecarry processes, it saves me about 20% of RAM and some proccesor %.
Im switching off anything else and run only WAR.

Also my graphic card settings are "fastest framerate"

still got lag when some more stuff is loading...

anyone got any idea how i can improve more?

Is there a melee power cap?

Just came back after a few months and seem to be getting something weird.

When I take a liniment with 100 STR and 60 Melee Power, my stats only go up by about 17 melee power.

Is there a cap? Am I missing something?

Same goes for items. When I put on my LOTD Melee Power cloak, it only effects my stats by a fraction of the stated increase that I should be getting.

It was fun...

My sub runs out on 28th of November and i dont intent to make another one, reasons are the obvious and dont need to be mentioned. Perhaps (and thats probably a no) ill be back around Xmas depending on what 1.3.3 fixes and brakes.

Theres just not much else to do. Apart from getting soveregein but that right now is just impossible, and getting kills for ToK E-peen.

Maybe ill be running around naked on the last day. (maybe :rolleyes:)

Well, just wanted to know what Norn is like. People keep saying its also full of a Destruction zerg, but i keep seeing the guilds and taking down the king, in prime time yesterday as well (well prime time for me, yet close enough).

and should get a transfer to Azgal, seriously, Order needs all the help they can get here.

Snare Bears and resolutely defensless

Anyone else finding Resolute Defense not giving immunity to snare?

CC is getting very annoying, probably because most players these days are sensible enough to drop any CC or snare possible as soon as I appear. Coupled with our Pistol Was now being not neccessarily worth speccing for, and our snare being the worst in the game it seems, the life of the WH is different.

But my biggest gripe is RD not making you immune to snares, I can handle all of the above if I have a card to play, even if only once every 5 minutes.

But no, this actually so bad I've just repecced aoe.
