nearly 5 hours since the last update from GOA.

I would not mind Magnus's post stated that he had been poor in keeping us informed all day and apologised for it. Then goes awol for another 5 hours. I have wasted a whole day because of this crap.

I feel ripped off to be quite honest. i payed £10 for my CE pre-order. And when i say payed i mean it. HMV screwed up and did not reserve my copy so i am left with a £10 piece of paper that does not say £10 on it. HMV the official pre-order partner of GOA. I knew i should have given up on the game at that point.

Now don't blame French for this, Blizzard has it's HQ in Paris too, yet the World of Warcraft realms and everything around it runs just superb, and truth be told, they never had such fiasco, their site fell a couple of times for few minutes but never for an hour or dare I say it, the whole day same goes for their realm servers.

It's just the inability of GOA and Mythic. GOA is just incompetent, but Mythic is the true hero in this story, not learning from history, looking for an easy and probably cheap way to handle the European side of things and even now, there is no sign of regret, no he tells us that he's on the phone and that they need to stick together as partners...

yes stick together, but make them damn work for our money and not just pat them on the back saying "well it could went better, but you did all you could". That mentality may work over there in the US, but here I demand service for my investments, and as said before I wont invest into this shoddy service as I forsee such mess happening over and over again.

Your promise of 24 hours ago that all would be fine despite thousands of mmporg old hands telling you you were flirting with disaster.

Your latest, well you should not be expecting to get in today, we know we gave out 300000 open beta keys but we can only let in 8000 every 2 hours.

Well i quit trying with open beta . Going to order a US version of the game so GOA do not get a penny of me.The reason for this is not the wait expected that .It is there comments they make out all will be all right don't worry.Next thing they say is" yeeh we knew this would happen we wanted to lie to thousands of our customers"

Dont worry we had good reason to lie we wanted you to spend 12 hours infront of your pc to stress test our servers for launch.The truth is less then 1% of the OB keys handed out will get in .

So in summery to the rest off you the game should be cool at launch thank you for making sure . TBH guys if we asked you to give up 12 hours to help us stress test you would have said P off. So we decided to lie a little but hey what can you do if you wanna play WAR lol we own you .

Me personly i will be a yanky squig herder now happy gaming all.

I just got off the phone with senior management at GOA and I know you'll be getting lots of information shortly. I know it doesn't make today better but I can assure you that leadership is very aware of the situation and they are doing/going to do something about it. They are not at all happy about the situation either.

I won't say trust me on this because right now, our European fans have no reason to have any trust. I will say though to see what transpires before launch, during Open Beta and then, if we launch well, I hope we will regain your trust.

The replies he makes says absolutely nothing - although he's alot better at saying nothing then Magnus (the Wise).

Becuase its his project that he has nurtured for a long time. Hopefully Mark has now got some time on his hands as the US OB seems to have gone ok - Monday he can hopefully turn his attention to GOA.

Maybe the person who decided and sent out over 100,000 OB codes before CE and SE pre-order people could even register coud be made to pay a penance - maybe a hand written apology / note to everyone of us
