Hey guys,

I do realize this problem is frustrating and have maintained an entry for it in my community reports. The programming team for the client has contacted me for specifics and I have provided them the information needed.

This is a very evasive issue and it's proving difficult to track down, the team is going through piles of logs and while the number of you impacted is small its very important to us that no user experiences such an issue.

Thank you again for your continued patience and cooperation, I hope we will be able to resolve it in the near future.
