Frags for elemental resist tallies - where from?

Hi,
I recently found some blue +80 elemental resist tallies on the AH.
I really like the idea of capping elemental resist on my squig, to pwn them BWs in small scale even more.
Also i'm eager to test vastly overcapping ele resist (2-piece sentinel+shammy buff + tallies+ pot if i can get my hands on it), to see how viable it is.
So obviously i want purples ("superior talisman of the flamewarden" is +95 according to wardb).

Anyone knows where the frags come from? Scavenging only or also possible to salvage blue frags from some gear?
Any input on this is appreciated, thanks in advance.

for that matter; same for corporeal and spiritual.

At best I get common frags for these at 200 salv; and they're quite rare ... might go so far as to say only way I've had so far is from rk31 figurines

Salvage items with the proper resists on them. For purple talismans you either need to crit on salvage of a purple item, or on talisman making of a blue fragment (from normal puple salvage or crit blue).
