Ip issues ???

hello, i have a problem

since the maintenance, i think it was monday 2 november 09 im not able to play the game or go to warhammeronline.com

it seems like i cant reach ur server at all. i live in the netherlands and play on US servers.
Im playing warhammer since april 09. so i dont understand why this is happening now.

i dont know that much about PCs so

here i tried to ping and a tracert, i know some things are in Dutch but i think ull understand them anyway
