Syndriel Greywind - 2nd sub-boss in altdorf palace

Anyone passed her?
We tried 2 times already. Once she kept bugging during 2nd AoE shooting stage becoming unattackable.
Today she did that few times too, but we also had we decent tries.
At first she does powerfull AoE at random spot that kills all not-tanks who dont have more than 2 wards.
Then she stunns everyone and attacks one person while everyone is disabled.
During standard fight that comes after that she cleaves and sometimes bug a little "dancing" around tank that makes her cleave in random direction.
But main problem is sick enrage timer - less than 5 minutes. We didnt manage to take her lower than about 45-50%.
Its almost impossible to do without everyonewith at least 4 wards.

Does anyone know anything that we didnt figure out? Any tips?

It's an instance that requires Excelsior wards, of course you need almost everyone at that ward level. Anything else would be stupid and make it far too easy if you go in there with even 2 groups of fully warded people (which should not be unattainable for most active rvr guilds).

Got her to 74% once - mostly she would become unattackable at 84%..
You need warded ppl i guess..
I wont bother going again.

At 84% 74% 64% and 54% She teleports and starts doing the AoE, no matter how slow or fast you are she will enrage when she hits 50%.

Something we are missing or ?

Well - i noticed that order on few serwers, as well as destro somewere reached kings quite easly some time ago and i never heared about any problms with sub-bosses other than bugs.
Moreover 1st sub-boss hardly needs any wards.

We managed to do the 'Temple of Sigmar' after much stress and work. Main problem was ppl who lied about being warded but that was in the open cuz once the fight started they would instantly die. The other problem was the Arch Lectors, and ppl using KD and other CC that would make them immune to silencing for a while and just before they die tehy would heal but we sorted it quickly just by organising better.
It was worth the effort, as after 2 and a half hours we managed to get him down and the PQ rewards were 4 gold bags which dropped warlord chest, 2 purple(one which i had the luck to win) and many blues and greens.
The weapon i got was a spear with 63dps, fairly got stats for ranged and a nice bonus 'Dissolve IX' -10%chance to drop the targedt's armor by 800 which procs fairly often
the stats are 24wounds,24ranged power and 3*ballistic plus 1 talisman slot- It's called 'Zorgel, Stabba of the Boys'

As for the palace, we passed the first 2 sub-bosses with no problem(i mean the 2 captains) but ofc we bugged at the elf maiden because it was only a first time and when we resetted instance altdorf was safe...so, next time better luck maybe
I'm very happy we have the chance to see some of the end game, I'm only orry order doesnt so far on karak azgal-I would be much happier if the number of IC sieges would equal the Altdorf ones as I'm very much bored of the same thing every single day.
