From the Customer Service category we have: Server Maintenance - All Servers 11/6/2009
Greetings!

We will bringing all North American servers offline tomorrow morning at 10:00 AM EST for maintenance. At this time we anticipate that all servers will be back online no later than 1:00 PM EST.

As always, please check the Herald for up to the minute information regarding this downtime.
