European Public Test Server: Live
Magnus_GOA announced that the European Test Server finally went live, so following the above link will bring you to his post and a link to allow you to read further about the test server!

EU PTS has been down all evening.

The special heads are US only again. Any chance EU will see any of them? Can anyone at Mythic help with GOAs customer satisfaction problems? Mythic seem very good at rewarding/incentivisng (is that a word?) their player base. GOA are terrible. It would be great if someone from Mythic could help GOA out.

I must say that was one of the worst Grab Bags I've read. The amount of redundancy would make the Department of Repetitive Redundancy quite proud. The spin on this one takes PR to some of the highest levels I've seen in a game:

Q. Can I, as a Rank 40 account holder, start at Rank 20 so as not to have to do the grind all over again.

A. And lose the opportunity to smash your way through the Gates of Ekrund as a Slayer or Choppa? Sorry, no. You’ll start at Rank 1 and slash your way to the top!
