Summit of Order II: Results.

We've had an amazing turn out of leaders and representatives of regiments during this second meeting of Order. It allowed us to get to know each other, and further mold our bonds together for future and current cooperation.

Everyone was allowed their say, and a democratic voting process was used to register decisions. It all went well without any disagreement, and conflict. Again I'll say that I'm proud of our community here, and how well we function together despite various beliefs. We mostly held discussion, but we did make decisions in that process as well.

The four channels are now combined into one. This being.

We advise all regiment leaders to post this information on their site. We need to keep using these with the same etiquette of the prior channel system!

For the roleplaying segment, that meeting really pulled us together for making events and getting roleplaying off to a good start here. You'll be seeing events, stories, and much more on these forums as a result!

Mods, if we could maybe get this stickied, or perhaps have another thread more aptly named stickied, it would definitely help to make sure that Order players know where to get their RvR updates in game. The more people who use the channel, the better the channel becomes.

I'm sorry to have missed this. If possible I would like to come and participate as a representative of The Sentinels. I will inform my guilds leaders and officers of this and hope to either have myself or another attend the next meeting.

This is excellent news and a great move to combine the channels.

It's good to mention this channel when in casual groups to let those who aren't in the guilds listed know about it.

It's good to hear about such great cooperation from our leaders and I'm really enjoying the same mature attitude from people I'm fighting alongside.

OrderRvR is an OOC channel like the others were, yes?

The reason I'm asking is because I'm IC in every channel unless it is specifically labeled OOC. Because I'm stubborn like that and I'm sick and tired of seeing roleplay go out the window at every turn. The way I see it, if I wanted to just play a wargame I'd be better off firing up Call of Duty with the Geezers. Hrmph.

The guilded and unguilded alike are welcome on the channel, DocBeard. It's for the coordination of defense and assault against our enemies; the unguilded are as valuable in that effort as any.

Aye, all do assist in the conflict. Be sure to advertise this around too.

I hope people continue to use this. Although we now have official Region chat (channel 1) and Region RvR chat (channel 2) from the last update they are limited to the region you are in, ie you can't call for help from the Empire or Elves if you are fighting in dwarf lands. So this channel is still good.

Note that channel 2 only works in the open RvR areas so calling for assistance on this channel won't be heard in the warcamps.

Despite those channels, the global RvR channel will continue to be more useful in it's broad use. You won't have very many in the local area usually, and help branches out from all across to world to fight with the warband forming or communicating.

When there are multiple warbands, they know where to go and who is there via this channel.
