Well done on taking first server wide capital city. Was very organized. Hope Order learns something from this.

Only had 12 people defending the Altdorf instanced at one point and lets just say the keeps had maybe 6 people defending them before you guys got to raping and pillaging Altdorf.

No complaints of early morning zerg or crying. Not your fault Order was sleeping. What are you suppose to do wait till we wake up before you attack.

Stop crying and give props for a well organized attack. Not like we did not see this coming the whole week. They taking all T4 keeps with ease and it was just a matter of time before they got altdorf.

Again congrats on well timed attack and organization.

Wow...really? It's a bit disconcerting that someone this early in the game could already pull that off. Doesn't bode well for the game's longevity but 'grats all the same to destro.

So I guess its a good thing I stayed up a bit later and got my mount last night rather than wait for today to try and pick that up...hehe

I don't see Destro anywhere in Altdorf, only outside of it, where they killed my lv2 bank alt. I know it's instanced, but surely this can't be working as intended.

it was an organized effort with the guilds in retribution alliance. we managed to get nearly 200+ people online at 7AM and started taking tiers from Praag to Thunder Mountain and up towards each fortress and taking them. Finally around 10PM EST we reached altorf.

This is an awesome sight imo as 99.5% of the people doing this were all retribution alliance and non pug based groups.

Thanks, it was a 5 hour effort just to control Altdorf. More later as we are still sacking it after we gained control.

No doubt...I guess you guys will be getting mentioned in the herald come either later today or tomorrow. Very impressive that you guys pulled it off this quickly. Just a bit stunned it happenned so fast. So are you guys doing the quests in there now for the ransacking part?

Frankly Order just didnt care sadly. They havent ever since XoO/DtD have been testing the Forts.

Everyone knew it would happen, since it was obvious they were testing how to do it quickly, and Order just didnt want to come out to defend.

Deserves a big grats frankly though. No exploits, straight up firepower from two well organized guilds and their alliance friends.

Congrats guys! I logged into Sigmar's Hammer this morning and it wouldn't let me out the door into Altdorf. I have heard people say they logged out in Altdorf last night and logged back in to Reikland, and some got to stay in Altdorf. SO not fair!

Anyway. Have fun with the looting and pillaging.

A better question is how sick in the head are we that we had over 300 people in t3/t4 locking down zones from our alliance alone by 9am....

It was a huge effort by everyone involved and I know it will be a total mess doing it prime time with defenders.

Congrats to the Retribution Alliance and all the other Destro guilds/players that participated. You coordinated a large scale event and it paid off. Well done.

As was said, hopefully this will serve as a wake-up call to those on Order who view Open-RvR as just a side activity. When we lose our capital city, it hurts.
