2007 WAR Craft Contest - The Winners

Wow. Talk about a tough competition. The first annual WAR Craft Contest is at a close and we managed to get some pretty amazing entries. More than 30 pumpkins were sacrificed for the pumpkin throne and they all show off some impressive work. So hard in fact is the judging, that it was nearly impossible to choose such a limited number of winners. However, there are a few entries that met the stated rules and stood out for their exceptional uniqueness.

Grand Prize - Warhammer Online Beta Keys1st Prize WinnersExclusive WAR Craft AvatarsCongratulations to the winners. There's some truly exceptional pumpkins in the gallery and I encourage everyone to check out these dedicated Warhammer Online fans craft work. It's too cool to miss.

Bonus Prizes. As a bonus, the following people entries met the forum rules, including having "WHA" or "Warhammer Alliance" in the photograph, and properly titled their entry will receive a runner up prize of a Warhammer Online Poster.Go and check out the gallery. There's some amazing WAR crafted pumpkins in there. Winners will receive a PM shortly from myself with the details of how to accept your prize.

That grand prize Alliance of Order winner was jawdropping as well as your Zealot ungenius. You guys deserve that beta spot.

Seriously Hecta. I don't think I've seen any pumpkin carving that just looked like artwork. That's seriously impressive.

Congrats to everyone .

It was really hard to pick winners and don't be disappointed if you didn't win, there was many more impressive pumpkins than we had prizes .

Look at the creases in the pumpkins for Hecta and ungenious they are glowing and Lunoles glows pink. Man that's photo shop color enchanced for those three. Jade's winning photo has no WHA.. Must say im disappointed. I don't think the judges took as much time judging as we did carving for sure. The rules stated a real life photo, not enhanced. And you had to have a WHA in the photo. Jades none lit didnt have the pull i think to win.. But it did have the wha... Not to mention you cant have multi entree photos.. Lame.

dont get me wrong.. The work is nice, but... There was rules.

Congrats every one! There where some great pumkins in there. Saddly, my favorite one didn't win (yea, my favorite wasn't actally mine it was Sekhmet's pumpkin, second fav was checkthis5000's) . Jaide, I really like the shadow box, great effect. Ungenius/Hecta, great carvings nice red effect, its really good, though I would still love to see a daylight pic of the two.

Good Job to those that didn't win, they all looked good.

That's sort of dissapointing, but ah well. What can you expect with such impressive competition, eh?

Congratulations to the grand prize and first place winners; enjoy your WAR!

Jaide did have 'WHA' in his unlit picture. It's for verification purposes only, posting 2 pictures of the same entry doesn't count as 2 entries.
