Breaking News - PTS 1.3 Phase 2 - Participate and Win!
From the US Herald we have 1.3's PTS testing, Phase 2 beginning! Andy Belford posts about some of the things that will be tested and they need our help to provide the feedback, metrics, and bug reports to make 1.3 successful! This time around, Combat and Careers changes will continue to be introduced along with Land of the Dead's Realm Resource Quest system, to determine access to the new zone.

This time, however, incentive is being given. Check out the rewards for productive PTS feedback!

We are also excited to announce our player incentive awards for this phase of Public Testing. Players who participate in the 1.3 Public Test will have the chance to win either an Imperial Griffon or an Enslaved Manticore Mount. Winners will be randomly selected from qualifying contributors. Qualifying contributors will be selected based on many metrics, including participation, feedback, quality of feedback and other public test statistics.

For information on how to access the Public Test server see this thread. From there you can also find the PTS Forums or visit www.warhammeronline.com/forums and click on "Test Center".
EU is also receiving a chance at this award and has posted a similar announcement on their site.

nice to see the notes but i cant find one thing about target out of range bug for melee,it makes melee unplayable.
dont mythic think this a problem or something and just think we will keep playing with it.

Well that stat contribution changes must not be in for SH. Doing the same dmg on PTS as live.

these notes aren't any different than the original 1.3 notes posted a few weeks ago as far as I can tell, does anyone have a diff of what was changed?

My understanding was that there are supposed to be duration increases on some tank skills and changes to tank stat contribution that would be in phase 2 and I don't see any of that.

So we can actually go out and test the Land of the Dead new PQ and dungeon content in test Stage 2? The way I read it, this phase is just testing out the rate at which people collect/turn in the new rvr resource.

some of the notes form some tanks seem more in depth... but yeah I'm hoping their intern in charge of updating ran out of caffeine or something and that we'll get real notes... >.<
