Friday's Faithful Advice!

Is your healer healing someone else? Your guild leader working you too hard? Know a priest who is falling off the wagon?

Perhaps you just need to know the best drink to go with a Lost Vale picnic, or how to reconnect with God.

All of this can be answered by our guest council in a new spot which focuses on your challenges and thoughts, as experienced through your characters in Warhammer Online.

Exploring or Experimenting?

I like me guild very much, actually it is gamin’ community, but da behavior wot some destruction players shows makes me realy dislike da game an’ makes me log in da game less an’ less. Wot should I do? - Broken Breaker, Karak Azgal

Rev. Barrows says:
"Ah, I hear where yer comin' from, mate. Sometimes those destruction lot get me all riled up, and not in a good way! I'll tell ya what I do to let off some steam an' refresh fer gettin' back into th' fight!

As they say, Sigmar helps those wot help themselves, an this is a great example of that. Self-helpin'. I like it! Anyway, back on th' subject. There's a book they gave all the new Order of the Griffon recruits, somethin' called the Tome o' Knowledge. When y' figure out somethin' about a beast or a location, it magically updates wi' some handy information! I would call it sorcery if'n it wasn't so useful.I read th' tidbits about wot's goin' on in each chapter jus' t' pass th' time, ya know?

In my spare time, I also like to do a bit of explorin'. Nothin' like th' expanses o' th' great outdoors to ease yer mind of the stresses o' war! I herd that there's a mysterious ilse offa th' west coast o' th' Blighted Isle that lies in "Dangerous Territory", but you know, that's jus' a rumor... I'm sure if ya go searchin' fer other places like that, you'll be ready to fight again in no time!

An finally, if ya don't like wot the destruction lot's doin...jus' kill 'em!"

Saleeya, High Priestess of Tzeentch says:

"The armies of the Raven Lord have no place for the weak and foolish, our ranks often cull their own numbers leaving only the strongest to fight for Tzeentch’s favor. Challenge these people to combat, whoever wins is stronger and thus better suited to serve the Changer of Ways, and either outcome you will no longer have a problem.

Strength is not always physical though; if you choose the path of knowledge you can outwit your foe. I suggest: hemlock, mandrake root, and ground opium poppy. Add water and boil down into a thin paste, coat your daggers or arrows with it allowing at least a day to dry. One cut from these weapons will ensure your victory over them. If not, eat the paste and you will be plenty occupied."

Contain or Contaminate?

Whenever my blades connect with one of my Asurian cousins, I find that my chalice manages to spill all of it's contents. It's quite embarrassing for while in the middle of bloodlust to become overcome with the trembles. What do I do?
- Dufus of Khaine
, Phoenix Throne

Saleeya, High Priestess of Tzeentch says:
"For all your Elven knowledge and training you can’t solve this yourself? Despite your races snobbery you still come crawling to Chaos for knowledge and power and a priest no less! Pathetic! The Northmen have many tricks however, many that have been grown from ritualistic practices.

We find Sphagnum Moss absorbs blood very well, a gentle squeeze of which will release the sweet nectar of life from its grasp. Loosely pack your cup half full with this plant and it will be less prone to spilling. The moss itself can even enhance the effects of your victims ‘offering’ to the gods. Now be gone, I have ‘real’ warriors to aid within Tzeentch’s armies!"

Rev. Barrows says:

"I've had this problem m'self, not wi' a chalice, of course. I used to try an' carry a mug o' ale wi' me into battle, but every time I swung my hammer, it spilled all over th' place! Even worse, I had to decide if'n I wanted t' carry my holy book or the mug. A real dilemma, I assure you.

So here's wot I suggest you do. Purchase a fine quality flask and use that to carry around yer sacramental liquid o' choice! Most come wi' a decorative design an' an easy t' operate pop top lid! So when yer feelin' yerself gettin' th' trembles or wot not, pop th' top offa that thing and let the... whatever ya keep in there.. flow! Cheers an' good huntin'... hope that helps!"
