45 minutes is our sweet spot typically. I've had some practice so my editing time has gone down to a few hours when it used to take days. I just spread it out when editing.

Thanks for appearing, again!

Some good discussion, I suppose the only downside is that its hard to definitively answer any of the topics discussed because... well we don't know the answer, hahaha.

Another great podcast.

Kinda weird to have an unsubbed person on your panel. But Kristen is cool. Think it reflects a lot of the community.

Well, I cut out a part where I talk about it, but it's exactly as you're talking. Unsubbed people who still follow the game have a place and an opinion to share. It may not be colored with the experience of actual gameplay, but if Mythic is looking to hook some people back into the game after previously losing them, they're going to have to market and produce results accordingly to do so. On the other side of the coin, these folks are obligated to make sure their criticisms and opinions are constructive and stray away from the "epic fail" syndrome of doomsaying. I think Kristen does this pretty well.

While it makes the podcast content a bit more challenging, I think it says something when unsubbed people are still willing to make meaningful contributions to the community.

Also, Kristen makes a mean cupcake.

Enjoyable content, guys. I'm fairly late to the game both in WAR and your podcast, but I most certainly cherish them both. It is most often the case that my enjoyment of a game is amplified by there being an accompanying cast but it seems most of the world has turned away from WAR in general. The fact that you guys are still kicking and dishing out the news and opinion helps me remain confident that the game Im enjoying will remain so for some time to come.

Some milder/more neutral background music would be nice though. The heavy rock sounds distract my ears a bit at times, and then I lose my focus on the discussion.

Keep up the good work!

A mariachi band would have been more appropriate imo.

I know what you mean.

Its pretty reflective of the state of the game. I know ALOT of people who have their subs running out on the ~17th and are not renewing. Most have a keen interest in seeing the game improve, but are not willing to pay for month after month of the same...

I suspect that Kristen is reflective of the thousands who still follow the game and want to see some improvment, but are sick of the current state.

I know someone is going to pop out and flame me, but people play this game for fun. There are a lot of people who have got to the point where its not fun any more.

Not the first time this has happened.

On the topic of being un-subscribed:

I am sure I am like several people when I say that it began to be more bad days than good days on the game for me. However, I still have hope for WAR, and also it feels like I am able to look on things with more clarity now that I am not so emotionally involved with it. I am sure Martin and Frank appreciate this!

I still follow the game's news and talk with my server community about what they're experiencing in-game (from both Order and Destro POV), I just do it all while unsubbed.

One of these days I'll remember to comment after I listen to a podcast. However, I enjoy all of them. They go straight to my mp4 player, and keep me entertained/intrigued through many a long drive.
