If our AP costs are to remain so exorbitantly high, what about giving us more damage? Currently we are regularly outdpsed by chosen, and their abilities cost less as well.I feel like a lot of these changes were made without all classes in mind.
I was just having this discussion with Nate the other day.

Short answer is yes, we are looking at AP costs. Nate gave the WL as a specific example of a career that is currently lacking in AP mangement tools, due to the assumption that much of their DPS comes from a pet which has zero AP costs. This, however, is problematic due to issues with the pet itself (which we are also very aware of).

We're very aware of the concerns players have over AP management and readily admit that it isn't "perfect" right now, but will assert that it is certainly better than limitless AP and mindless spamming of abilities.

Feedback: City Timer Adjustments (Mass Playtest 11/11/2009)

Thank you to everyone who came out to tonight's round of testing on the PTS. Overall, the feedback we received about the Timer adjustments to stage one were positive. Many of you were able to answer some of the questions during the immediate feedback session, however we want to give everyone the opportunity to provide their thoughts on the test.
  • Did the Victory Point bar accurately display your progress and function as you would expect?
  • Did the reduced timers feel better and still allow for the PQ to be fun?
  • Did the UI accurately display the objectives and timers involved in the city battle?
  • Do you feel that your realm had a reasonable chance of successfully attacking or defending the city?
  • Do you feel that these changes will have an overall positive effect on the city siege experience
As a reminder, please keep your feedback constructive and on topic.

Thanks again for your support.

Re: Status of City Timer Mass Playtest Rewards

No Q&A question (unless it's a blatant troll question) gets ignored.

Feedback is given to the development team and they take it into consideration. There is a difference between ignoring and prioritizing due to available resources.
