EA Store Digital Download no retail key yet

I ordered the digital download from the EA Store and they havent emailed me my retail key yet.

Suprise, surprise!

So it looks like my account will be suspended tomorrow.

I don't understand why EA Store is failing to send cd keys for digital downloads. There is no physical product involved. Just email me a damned cd key already!

I sent a ticket to customer support but last time it took them 6 days to even respond. (for no OB or SE headstart keys). It's not looking good.

I have absolutely no faith in EA store whatsoever.

This is the first and last time I ever order anything from the EA store. And they wonder why they are loosing money....

Sorry, just needed to vent my frustration at this absurdly stupid situation.

Thanks for the info, I am thinking of using the EA sux store, but so far theres only negative feedback... Anyone here actually did receive the key from the store?

I got a key from direct2drive. You'd think that the third parties would have it worse instead of better.

If the EA store had keys and some of the resellers didn't, then I'd shake my fist in rage, but I'd understand the usual snafu's that happen.

But the EA Store not having enough keys for it's own in-house product is like the Chaos Gods walking the earth and warping reality around them.

AFAIK they don't send you the code in the email, but it appears in your product's info at your account at customer service, as a WARSE IIRC.
